Mon. Sept. 01, 2008 - 11:21 in the P.M. Back to being runner-up. Second runner-up. Third. I told someone at work the other day that if you never think you're good enough to be promoted, then you never will be. I spent time away with other people and I never once felt scared or unhappy with myself. I was proud and confident. All of the good things I have to give came out (mostly), though deep down my heart is still broken. I know I can be that person here, but I honestly don't think that promotion will come before we leave this house. p.s. Welcome Home |
